The Bialetti Brikka 2 cup aluminium stovetop coffee maker is the only Bialetti coffee maker capable of producing the cream of the espresso. The is thanks to a silicone membrane inside the coffee maker. Cream is created through liquid lamination as opposed to pressure in other models of coffee maker. The result is a more compact and thick cream with less bubbles on the surface. The main benefits of this include a higher coffee volume in the cup – from 70ml to 90ml, thicker cream – from 15ml to 20ml and hotter coffee – from 65°C to 70°C.
Suitable for all hobs, excluding induction.
