The Makita MW001GZ Cordless Microwave is powered by a 40Vmax XGT Li-ion battery (two in parallel or one). The 350W or 500W will run from one or two 40V batteries and will use the power sequentially so that you can have continuous power when you need it. Heats food at 500W as well as a mains domestic microwave. The output of 500W power is a temporary boost function – it automatically switches to 350W power after about 8 minutes.
